Why did the route change?

Rosa’s Exclusive = +15% Rally Power, which meaningfully lifts rally DPS/efficiency.

Compared with the old G2 Marlin + universal shards path, pivoting to G4 Rosa (Roulette) is more rational for current rally/meta.

Post-Gen5, concentrating universal shards on a core line tends to beat evenly distributed accounts in practical power.
