Q. When can I unlock the alliance system?
A. The alliance feature unlocks once your City Center reaches level 7 or higher.

Q. How can alliance ranks be managed?
A. Alliance ranks range from R1 to R5.

• R3+ members can adjust the ranks of users one level below them.

• R4+ members can expel users who are one rank lower.

Q. How does an alliance earn experience?
A. Alliances start at Level 1 and gain EXP by:

• Donating to Alliance Tech

• Completing Daily Missions

Q. How is the Alliance Leader (Governor) changed?
A.

• If the current leader is offline for 3 days, R4 members can request a leadership change.

• After 5 days of inactivity, any member can apply.

💎 A fee of 200 Diamonds is required for the transfer.

Q. What is the "Kill Ranking"?
A. This ranking is based on the number of enemies eliminated (kill count).

Q. Why can’t I garrison troops at the Alliance Base?
A. Each structure has limits:

• Max number of troops it can hold

• Max number of users who can garrison
  If either limit is exceeded, garrisoning will not be possible.

Q. Are resource nodes near flags automatically considered alliance resources?
A. Only if 75% or more of the resource tile is within the flag's range will it count as alliance territory and begin production.

Q. Can I send alliance-wide mail?
A. There is no direct mail function, but you can send messages via:
[Alliance] → [Settings] → [Message]

Q. What does it mean when a flag is marked "Expired"?
A. Flags do not expire over time, but they will become inactive if:

• They’re destroyed

• They lose connection to the Alliance Base
  Inactive flags will:

• Stop generating resources

• Lose all active bonuses

Q. What is the max number of flags an alliance can place?
A. Up to 285 flags can be deployed.

Q. Does the cost of placing flags increase over time?
A. Yes, the more flags your alliance places, the higher the cost becomes.

Q. Can demolished alliance buildings be reused?
A. No. Once demolished, the structure is permanently removed and must be rebuilt from scratch.

Q. I placed a flag in an area without resources. What should I do?
A. Flag placement must be planned carefully.
If a flag was placed poorly, it needs to be removed and relocated.

🔹 The first 10 flag placements are free.

Q. What are Plains and Octavia? Where can the Alliance Base be built?
There are 3 major zones in Kingshot:

• Wilderness – Starting area

• Plains – Unlocked via “Waving Flag” milestone

• Octavia – Unlocked via “Conquer the Land” milestone

Alliance Bases can only be built in the Wilderness or Plains.
They cannot be placed in Octavia.

Q. How can we build flags in Plains or Octavia?
A. You must first unlock the following in [Alliance Tech] → [Development]:

• Plains Expansion

• Octavia March

Q. When is the Alliance Base built without consuming resources?
A. There are two cases where no resources are used:

1. When building your first Alliance Base

2. When rebuilding a base that was voluntarily demolished
